Robots are learning skilled hand work by watching people do it. We record your operators through normal shifts and license that footage to robotics labs. We bring the cameras, the software and the buyers. The plant earns a share of every licence, and every operator is paid for every hour recorded.
- Cost
- Nothing. We supply all equipment
- You earn
- A share of every licence sold from your floors
- Operators
- Paid per accepted hour, on top of wages
- The job
- Unchanged. Normal shifts at normal pace
- Exit
- 30 days notice, either side
What we bring.
- Cameras and kit
- Ray-Ban Meta glasses, head-mounted cameras, mounts, chargers and spares. They stay ours; normal wear is on us.
- Consent, done properly
- We brief operators in their language and collect signed consent under India’s DPDP Act before anyone records.
- Station tags
- A printed tag at each station we record, mounted with your team on the first day. It is how every clip knows which station and which step it shows.
- Processing
- Upload, blurring, labeling and quality checks in our own software, Prep. Your team never edits video.
- Buyers
- We sell to robotics labs, write the licences and collect payment. You never deal with a buyer.
What the plant brings.
- Stations and shifts
- Access to the stations we agree on, during normal shifts.
- Step names
- What each station does, in plain words, so clips are labeled the way your floor talks. A name for each step is enough; no process sheets or specifications.
- A coordinator
- One person on site who hands out cameras and keeps the consent log.
- Customer permission
- A signed letter from each customer whose parts appear on camera. We provide the template.
The rules we work by. Safe, consented and private, on every station.
- 1
Safety wins
Plant safety rules come first. Where eye protection is required, the camera is worn with your rated safety glasses, never instead of them.
- 2
Consent is separate from the job
Saying no never affects an operator’s job, wages or shifts. Anyone can stop recording at any time, and withdrawal stops it the same day.
- 3
Operators are paid
Every operator is paid for each recorded hour that passes our checks, on top of their wages and whether or not the footage sells.
- 4
Your secrets stay yours
Customer names, logos, part numbers, drawings and screens are blurred or kept out of frame. No specifications, programs or process sheets are shared.
- 5
You can say not this one
Mark any station, task or day as not for release, before or after recording. That footage is deleted, not sold.
- In writing
All of it is in the agreement
Every rule here is a clause in the partnership terms and the operator consent form, so nothing rests on a promise.
It starts with a pilot. Two or three stations, then we grow together.
- 1Site visit
We walk the floor with you and pick 2 to 3 stations with skilled hand work, then mount a tag at each one and check it from the operator's spot.
- 2Paperwork
A short partnership agreement, customer letters and operator consent in Hindi, Marathi, Kannada or English.
- 3Pilot
We record 10 to 15 finished hours and send them to a lab as a sample.
- 4Scale
When the lab accepts the format, more stations, more shifts, and your share grows with every licence.
