Soul ("we", "our", "SOUL") provides a verified identity canvas and human-only platform available at soulverified.com. When you create your soul, you go through face verification to prove you are a real human, sign in with Google, and get a shareable profile page at soulverified.com/id/[username] where you can share photos, thoughts, music, and links.
Face verification. We use liveness detection challenges (blink, smile, head turn) to confirm you are a real person present at the time of creation. Your selfie is stored and displayed as your public cover photo. We do not sell biometric data or share it with third parties. You may request deletion at any time.
Google authentication. We receive your name and email from Google when you sign in. We use your email to identify your account and your name as a default display name. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
Your soul profile is public by default. This includes your username, cover photo, and everything you choose to add to your canvas. Do not add content to your canvas that you do not want to be publicly visible. Your email address is never shown publicly.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a soul. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. For users under 18, account data can be deleted at any time by the user or their parent or guardian.
Your profile and canvas content are retained as long as your account is active. Face verification selfies are stored as your cover photo. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data, including your selfie, canvas content, and Google account link, by contacting us. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
For privacy questions or data deletion requests, contact us through the Soul app or at soulverified.com.
