Soul ("we", "our", "SOUL"), operated by The Soul Company, Inc., is a verified human network that exists in the real world. Today, you can sign up to Soul to receive email updates about where to go, the best spots and gatherings near you. This policy describes the information we collect.

2. Information We Collect

• • Your email address and your city, when you sign up
• • Your phone number and consent to receive texts, only if you opt in when you check in at a Soul Spot
• • The Soul Spots you check in at, and when, so the venue can recognize you and offer your reward
• • If you run a venue, your venue name, city, and email when you become a Soul Spot
• • Basic, anonymous usage data such as pages visited and timestamps

We do not collect precise GPS location, biometric data, or payment information through the website today.

3. How We Use Your Information

• • To text you about the best spots and gatherings near you. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• • To understand demand city by city so we can plan where to grow

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising. We run no ad network and no advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of providers to operate the website:

• • Railway (hosting and infrastructure)
• • PostgreSQL (database storage)
• • Twilio (sending the text updates you opt into)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

5. When Membership and Paid Features Launch

When we open paid membership and brand features, this policy will be expanded before any new data is collected. At that point it will cover, among other things, your check-in and presence history used to connect you with people and places and to power brand campaigns you opt into, approximate location used to point you to spots near you, payment information, and the verification we use to confirm you are a real person. We will update this page and the date above before those features go live.

6. Children and Minors

You must be at least 13 years old to apply. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your sign-up information until you ask to be removed or reply STOP. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing privacy@soulverified.com. Deletion is permanent.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to operate Soul, including one that remembers you are a member so you can check in at Soul Spots and claim rewards. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
