1. What We Do

Soul Verify ("we", "our", "SOUL") provides an AI content detection service available at soulverified.com. When you submit a URL or upload a file, we analyze it to determine the likelihood that it contains AI-generated content.

2. Information We Collect

  • • URLs or media files you submit for analysis
  • • Analysis results and evidence signals generated from your submission
  • • Platform event data when @thesoulcompanyinc is mentioned on Instagram (commenter handle, post ID, timestamp)
  • • Basic usage data (pages visited, timestamps)

We do not collect your name, email, or payment information. We do not require account creation to use the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • • To perform content analysis and return a result
  • • To generate a shareable public report link
  • • To reply to Instagram mentions via the @thesoulcompanyinc bot
  • • To improve detection accuracy over time

4. Instagram Data

When our bot (@thesoulcompanyinc) is mentioned on Instagram, we receive the comment text, the commenter's public handle, and the media ID of the post being commented on via the Instagram Graph API. This data is used solely to perform the requested analysis and post a reply. We do not store Instagram user data beyond what is needed to complete the analysis.

5. Data Retention

Analysis results and public report links are retained indefinitely to allow sharing. Submitted media files are stored securely and may be deleted upon request. Platform event data is retained for operational purposes.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to perform analysis:

  • • Anthropic Claude (vision analysis)
  • • Hive Moderation (AI detection)
  • • Sightengine (video analysis)
  • • Instagram Graph API (Meta)

Each service operates under its own privacy policy.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with a submission by contacting us. Public report links can be deactivated on request.
