1. Service Description

Soul Verify ("we", "our", "SOUL") provides an AI content detection and verification service at soulverified.com and via the @thesoulcompanyinc Instagram bot. The service analyzes publicly accessible media to estimate the likelihood that content is AI-generated.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using soulverified.com, submitting content for analysis, or interacting with the @thesoulcompanyinc Instagram bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Permitted Use

  • • Submit publicly accessible URLs or media files for AI detection analysis
  • • Share public report links generated by the service
  • • Tag @thesoulcompanyinc on Instagram to request analysis of a post

You may not use the service to analyze private content without authorization, to harass individuals, or to generate false or misleading verification claims.

4. Instagram Integration

The @thesoulcompanyinc bot operates through the Instagram Graph API. By tagging the bot or sending it a direct message, you authorize the bot to read the referenced post and reply with an analysis result as a comment or DM. The bot only accesses publicly accessible content.

This integration is governed by Meta's Platform Terms in addition to these Terms. We request only the permissions necessary to read mentions and post replies.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

AI detection is probabilistic. Results indicate likelihood, not certainty. Soul Verify analysis should not be used as the sole basis for legal, editorial, or professional decisions. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of any analysis result.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for analysis purposes. We do not claim ownership of submitted content.

Soul Verify, soulverified.com, and associated branding are owned by The Soul Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul Verify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, reliance on analysis results, or service interruptions.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
