Terms of Service

Soul, operated by The Soul Company, Inc., is a verified real-world network that matches people to gatherings and to each other, and that can be embedded inside partner apps and devices. By using Soul, whether directly or inside a partner’s product, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to be a real person. Soul is a network of verified humans.

You may choose to connect third-party services (such as music, wearable, fitness, finance, or lifestyle apps). You represent that you are authorized to connect them, and you grant Soul permission to access the scopes you approve solely to power your experience, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect any source at any time. Your use of each third-party service remains subject to that service’s own terms.

Soul surfaces and helps create real-world gatherings. Attendance is your choice and at your own risk. Soul does not organize, supervise, or guarantee any gathering, venue, or person, and is not responsible for what happens off-platform. Use ordinary judgment when meeting people in real life.

Partners may embed Soul inside their products; venues may host Soul gatherings. Those relationships are governed by separate agreements. Nothing here makes you a party to them.

Soul, its software, SDK, and brand are owned by The Soul Company, Inc. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or resell them except as expressly permitted. You retain rights to content you provide.

Soul is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Soul Company, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for events, people, or venues encountered through the network.

We may update these Terms and will post changes here with a new date. Continued use means you accept them. Questions: hello@soulverified.com.
