By using soulverified.com or signing up, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 13 years old to sign up. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Signing up lets you receive text updates from Soul about spots and gatherings near you, and to check in at Soul Spots to claim rewards. By signing up you consent to receive these texts, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Rewards at Soul Spots are offered by the venues themselves, not by Soul, and may change or end at any time. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and your own. Membership and any paid tiers are offered at our discretion.
Soul is a human-only network. Membership will be tied to verified real people. Automated accounts, bots, and AI-generated identities are not permitted. We reserve the right to decline or remove anyone who cannot verify they are a real person.
Soul, soulverified.com, and associated branding are owned by The Soul Company, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or for interruptions to it.
When paid membership and brand features become available, they will be governed by additional terms presented at the time. Those terms will cover the membership, payment, brand campaigns, and acceptable use of the network.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
