1. Service Description

Soul ("we", "our", "SOUL") provides a verified identity canvas and human-only platform at soulverified.com. The platform allows real humans to create a verified identity, share photos, thoughts, music, and links, and publish a shareable profile at soulverified.com/id/[username].

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using soulverified.com or creating your soul, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Soul. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Permitted Use

• • Create a verified identity by completing face verification and signing in with Google
• • Add photos, text, music, and links to your canvas
• • Share your public profile link at soulverified.com/id/[username]

You may not create a soul impersonating another person, upload content you do not have rights to, or use the platform to harass or harm others.

Face verification. By creating your soul, you consent to a face scan that verifies you are a real human. Your selfie becomes your cover photo. We use liveness detection to confirm you are physically present. You represent that you are the person depicted in your verification selfie. You may not complete verification on behalf of another person.

Google authentication. You sign in via Google OAuth. We store your email and name from your Google account to associate with your soul. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is used.

4. Human-Only Platform

Soul is a human-only platform. Every account must be associated with a verified real person. Automated accounts, bots, and AI-generated identities are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to remove any account that does not pass or maintain human verification standards.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos, text, music, and links you add to your canvas. By adding content to your soul, you grant us a limited license to display it publicly on your profile page. You are solely responsible for the content you publish and represent that you have the rights to share it.

6. Intellectual Property

Soul, soulverified.com, and associated branding are owned by The Soul Company. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service or service interruptions.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
