Selling on Soul Verified

You warrant that you own the data you list or hold written permission to license it, that the site where it was captured gave written permission to record and license it, and that everything you state on a listing is accurate.

Where people appear, you warrant that every identifiable person consented in writing to recording and to licensing, separately from their employment, and you keep those records for as long as the data is licensed. You will produce them on request. Bystanders who did not consent must be blurred.

No covert recording, no minors, no health, financial or other sensitive personal records, no data obtained in breach of a contract or the law, and no resale of data published openly by someone else as your own.

You will indemnify Soul Verified and buyers against claims arising from a breach of these warranties, including claims by people who appear in your data.

Soul Verified keeps a platform fee on each sale (shown in your payouts page) and pays the rest through Stripe Connect. Refunds and chargebacks reverse the matching payout.

We may take a listing down while we investigate a report. Repeated or serious breaches end your seller account.

These terms are a working draft for the marketplace beta and will be replaced by terms reviewed by counsel before general availability.
