Policy Alignment

Soul & the National
AI Policy Framework

Soul is building the human identity layer the AI era requires. Here is how our work aligns with federal policy.

01 · What the government is saying

The White House framework.

On March 20, 2026, the White House released its National AI Policy Framework, identifying human identity verification as a foundational requirement for the responsible deployment of AI systems. The framework explicitly calls for private sector implementations that can verify human presence without relying on biometric data collection or government document upload.

NIST's AI Agent Standards Initiative, launched in parallel, is actively seeking production implementations of human-versus-AI verification infrastructure that can serve as reference architectures for federal and commercial use.

03 · How to work with us

Engage with Soul.

We are actively engaged with NIST's AI Agent Standards Initiative and available to brief Senate offices, platform operators, and institutional partners on Soul's architecture.

If you are building policy around AI agent identity, operating a platform that needs to distinguish real users from AI accounts, or exploring human verification infrastructure for federal deployment, reach out directly.
