Failure and recovery episodes

Embodiment: any arm, robot autonomous or teleoperated.
Modalities: RGB (two or more views), joint states and actions, wrist force/torque where available.
Content: real failures (slips, missed grasps, collisions, jams, dropped parts) followed by the recovery attempt, kept in one episode.
Labels: failure type, failure timestamp, recovery success or failure. Do not trim the failure out.
Environment: any; mix of lab and real deployments preferred.
Format: LeRobot v3.0 (we can convert v2.1, MCAP or raw video with Prep). Acceptance: passes Soul Verified validation (decodes, streams in sync, every episode labelled) on a 2 hour sample before the full order. Rate is final after the sample is validated.
Rate: $80 to $120 per capture hour, final on validation.
